Product Introduction

Application:

This Simulated Wearing Treatment Tester is to simulate the wearing pretreatment before breathing machine having the respiratory resistance test or the filtration material penetrability test.

The Respirator Wearing Simulator is brought into operation, the saturator switched on and the apparatus allowed to stabilize. The particle filtering half mask under test shall then be mounted on the dummy head. During the test time at approximately 20 min intervals the particle filtering half mask shall be completely removed from the dummy head and refitted such that during the test period it is fitted ten times to the dummy head.

Feature

This simulated wear pretreatment machine is equipped with breathing simulator, dummy head, saturator, temperature controller, flowmeter, etc. The breathing machine can be adjusted to 25 cycles/min, 2.0L/stroke.
The air can be saturated at (37±2)℃ at the mouth of the dummy head.
